About Healthcare Competence Centre (HCC CEE)

TSH has an extended own product portfolio with eHealth and mHealth solutions; it currently serves more than 35 000 Hospital Information System (HIS) users in in more than 50 hospitals of eight countries. This impressive footprint enables the company to have a leading role in eHealth advocacy and supporting activities for the T Group internationally.

The Healthcare Competence Centre (HCC CEE) operated by T-Systems Hungary – established by Deutsche Telekom Europe and T-Systems International – has the mission to provide knowledge transfer to Telekom organizations and to integrate the know-how into these companies. As a hub, it intends help and facilitate the relevant activities of Telekom subsidiaries and partner organisations and to give them useful tools for their related activities.

To achieve this goal, the Centre provides sales, pre-sales and support services with the fastest and most effective way with the help of its well-trained and experienced staff of channel managers, supported by a tender and sales support office, and backed by the TSH Healthcare delivery division with over 100 employees.

HCC CEE provides the following services to its partners:

Innovation activities

The main goal of innovation activities of HCC is to provide services for pre-sales, sales and business development and to transfer healthcare solutions originating from HCC CEE’s knowledge base with the aim to generate revenues to DT EU companies.. With setting up tight cooperation with DT’s HUB:RAUM organization HCC CEE validates new start-up business solutions keeping in mind the business values the new start-ups can bring to DT EU subsidiaries on short and middle-term basis.

Market intelligence activities

Within its activities, on demand, the HCC collects CEE business and market information, also helps in identifying potential local and/or EU projects and maintains a bid database and manages relevant references, as the Centre collects information on previous projects, contracts. This information might serve as a decision making and evaluation tool about merging and/or acquiring CEE IT healthcare companies within the CEE market.

Pre-sales support services – services related to the central product portfolio

The Centre provides pre-sales support for its strategic partners and manages the cooperation with them in the local market. HCC selects local healthcare IT or eHealth products and services making it suitable for international utilization. This means that HCC reviews and evaluates local conditions and opportunities of the national offerings in order to integrate these into the central portfolio. On demand, the Centre creates ‘battle cards’ and communication materials, prepares workshops or other events, actions, discussions, debates about good practices, exchanges of experiences or ideas.
