T-Systems Hungary implemented a cloud-based, automated service management system

By way of implementing the cloud-based ServiceNow solution T-Systems Hungary does not only increase the efficiency of the enterprise services management function but also becomes the key regional partner of ServiceNow in the CEE region.

T-Systems Hungary implemented a cloud-based, automated service management systemT-Systems Hungary provides IT operation services to several thousands of customers and manages the related activities. The newly implemented cloud-based ServiceNow system allows swift, customized and uniform enterprise operation. Among others, users are provided with automated servicing functions that offer higher operation security, significantly improved contact keeping options and up-to-date business information. The new system covers 18 end-to-end business processes, including complaint management, maintenance support and contracting. T-Systems Hungary migrates its 3000 enterprise customers to this platform as well as all new customers that would like to meet business challenges with cutting edge and effective enterprise service management solutions.
