Regional Role in Marketing SAP Business One

The topics discussed at the SAP Forum organised in Siófok between 7-9 September 2014 included the regional marketing of SAP Business One.This year again, T-Systems Hungary was a golden sponsor of the event.

Regional Role in Marketing SAP Business OneIn addition to ICT-sector decision-makers, SAP partners and customers participated in the three-day programme. The primary focus of the conference was SAP-related technological innovations which enable faster and smoother organisation management.

T-System Hungary’s project for marketing SAP Business One in South-East Europe was outlined in a lecture by advisor Ákos Madarász in the relevant thematic session. In his presentation he gave account of the localisation activity that will be implemented in several stages in 11 countries, and will include legal and linguistic localisation. The licence sales project started this year in Romania was based on the strategic OEM agreement concluded with SAP AG.

Ákos Madarász added that the existing industry templates of SAP Business One (thus for instance commercial, service and manufacturing templates) would also be accessible for the businesses of the region. Overall, the integrated corporate management system is suitable for improving corporate efficiency, as prompt access can be ensured from endpoint to endpoint to all information generated within the company, and this may even improve competitiveness in a company’s life in terms of meeting customer requirements, the lecturer said.
